Biography
Raminta Pučėtaitė is a Professor and Principal Investigator of the research group Public Governance at Kaunas University of Technology.
She is a researcher of organisational ethics and their impact on different organisational and employee outcomes in public and private sectors from a (socio-cultural) contextual perspective. She is a teacher of business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management. She has strong networking skills and she is active in initiatives supporting organisational change in the higher education sector.
