Petra Andries is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Ghent University. She obtained a PhD in Applied Economics at KULeuven, and was a visiting scholar at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).
Petra conducts research in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation management and has provided companies and policy makers with advise in these domains. She has a particular interest in the development of entrepreneurial opportunities and collaborative innovation, especially under conditions of high uncertainty.
Her research is published in academic journals including Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Small Business Economics, Research Policy, and Journal of Product Innovation Management.
