M.K. Nandakumar is Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). Previously, he has worked in three leading British universities.

His papers have been published in leading journals like Long Range Planning, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Studies of Management and Organization, Strategic Change: Briefings in Entrepreneurial Finance, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management and Management Decision. Nandakumar has presented his papers at various conferences like Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society and British Academy of Management.

He has supervised a number of PhD students to successful completion. At IIMK he has headed International Relations, International Accreditation and Strategic Management departments. He has successfully coordinated the Association of MBAs (AMBA) accreditation project at IIMK. His paper published in Management Decision has been chosen as a Highly Commended Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2011.
