Kevin D. Clark (Ph.D., University of Maryland) is Professor of Strategic Management at Villanova University.
His research interests include strategic leadership and decision-making, social capital in executive teams, and the role of the executive team in organizational innovation and creativity. His research has been published in the top management outlets and considers the link between HR practices and top management teams and how the integration can provide competitive advantage to the firm.
His work has been well recognized by the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society conferences. Areas of recognized specialty include leadership, boards of directors, corporate governance, social capital, and business education. He is an award-winning teacher whose courses cover a range of topics including strategic management, leadership, and team dynamics.
He has been at Villanova University since 2001 and has served in senior roles including Chair of Department of Management and Operations, Senior Associate Dean, and interim dean of the School of Business.
