Biography
Jyoti Tikoria is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. She specializes in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, with academic and research interests spanning technology management, R&D management, intellectual property rights management, and general management.
Dr. Tikoria earned her Ph.D. in R&D Management from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and completed her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Kurukshetra University. Over the years, she has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and academic mentoring at BITS Pilani.
