Henri Noguès is a doctor of state in economic sciences and professor emeritus at the University of Nantes. Henri NOGUÈS, was born in Dinan (Brittany) in 1947.
After general studies at the Lycée Corneille in Rouen, he followed a course in economics at the universities of Nantes, Rennes and Paris II.
President of the Association for the Development of Data on the Social Economy/ Association pour le développement des données sur l’économie sociale (ADDES).
Henri Noguès is also a member of various associations and foundations. He participated in the creation of the Center for the Economy of Social Needs (CEBS) and in several university diplomas (gerontology, associative life, management of protection and social insurance organizations).
He is a guest member of the Fonda board of directors.
