Biography
Dr. Harri Kostilainen has more than 20 years of experience working on social innovations and social enterprises in the context of the renewal of welfare services. He is the Executive Director of FinSERN (the Finnish Social Enterprise Research Network), a member of the editorial board for the Nordic Journal of Innovation in the Public Sector (NJIPS) and a Senior Advisor and team lead at Diaconia University of Applied Sciences’ Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.
