Eric Bidet is the Director of the Master and Chair of Social and Solidarity Economy at Le Mans University and Co-president of Addes.
He also participates as a member of the commission of Ciriec international for social economy; the scientific council of Institut Montparnasse; the editorial board of RECMA.
His main field of research and interest includes social economy and social enterprise in Europe and Asia and especially in South Korea. Among his recent works: ‘Diversity of Social Enterprise Models in South Korea’ (Voluntas, 2018) and ‘Social enterprise in Asia: Theory, Models and Practice’ (Routledge, 2019, co-edited with Prof. J.Defourny); “Une analyse socio-économique de la trajectoire institutionnelle de l’entreprise sociale : le cas de la Corée du Sud” (Annals of Public and Cooperative Economics, 2020).
