Dr Zur currently works at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Cracow University of Economics.
Her main research area is social enterprises; (i) blending social and market logics and goals and creating exciting synergies by social enterprises, (ii) entrepreneurial identity, (iii) marketization of the social mission. A bunk of her research goes into teaching and learning, especially MOOCs and cross sector knowledge exchange.
She firmly believes in entrepreneurship as a wonderous set of tools to transform the world we live in, empower individuals and introduce sustainable progress in our societies. She stays true to this conviction in her work and do her best to spread this conviction among her students and project partenrs.
In her work, she aims to create synergies between education and innovation. She has over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering education journeys at all higher education levels; bachelor, master, MBA and PhD, as well as in designing MOOCs for online learning and training .
She believes in applying research to practice in learning design. Her research and activities focus on Social Entrepreneurship, Corporate-startup collaboration, Corporate Entrepreneurship, online training and education, MOOCs, individualized teaching and learning.
