Biography
Mathea Wasvik is an Assistant Professor (Universitetslektor) at the University of South‑East Norway (USN) in the Department of Health, Social and Welfare Studies — Campus Porsgrunn. Her work focuses on inclusion, social welfare practices and the organizational‐contextual conditions that affect participation in work and society. She teaches and mentors student ventures and is committed to bridging academic research with practical innovation in health, social care and inclusive entrepreneurship.
