Biography
Dr. Nikolas Rathert is an Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at Tilburg University, where he studies the interplay between business and society. His research explores the role that alternative forms of organizing, especially social enterprises, play in addressing societal challenges, and how this role differs across institutional and organizational contexts. He holds a PhD in Management from the Freie Universität Berlin and has held visiting positions at the Kellogg School of Management and Cornell University.
