Abstract
The main objective of the research is to identify the key challenges, obstacles and opportunities faced by social enterprises in Croatia. Therefore, the report provides an overview of the key characteristics of Croatian social enterprises, including their characteristics, activities and legal status, areas of influence, market positioning and sources of financing, potential and readiness for innovation and growth, organizational and employee structure, and the constraints and strengths of the overall ecosystem at the policy and support levels.
